Now in it's 5th season, the 2010 Switchblade IDS remains the premier wakestyle freeride kite. The Switchblade is designed to perform in a wide range of conditions, hooked or unhooked. Nomad IDS is the all new freestyle wave kite. The non-bow hybrid IDS kite combines the best of both worlds... a moderate C shaped arc and an IDS bridle to deliver our fastest turning kite yet. The Nomad creates the type of kite turns that increase in power throughout the turning arc by pivoting off of the wing tip. This makes for powered kite loops unlike anything on the market.

The Nomad IDS comes with two distinct turning options. The freeride bridle setting is aimed at the advanced freestyle rider and is balanced to fly perfectly while unhooked. The wave bridle setting allows a greater level of depower for hooked in surfing.

Ten 2010 Cabrinha kite boards to ponder...

Cabrinha have gone board crazy, now there's a board for every discipline. The Caliber, Custom, Prodigy and Plasma can be bought as 'board only' with Sync or CO-AX Bindings and various size fin options. There's a lot to think about and pricing varies, board bags have been a nice addition but there is quite a bit to consider.
